The NH County College is a structured two-year professional development program designed to help county leaders better understand governance, policy, and county operations. Participants gain practical insight through conferences, coursework, and direct learning with key county departments.

How the Program Works
Graduate with Recognition
Participants who complete the program requirements within two years will receive a Certificate of Completion from the NH Association of Counties and will be formally recognized at the NHAC Annual Conference Awards Dinner.
